fitness goals 2021

  1. #jackedjanuary

    • avoid all processed foods

    • avoid all added/refined sugars: desserts, candies, cookies, white bread, white pasta

    • avoid alcohol #dryjanuary

    • follow #streetparking template life regarding portion control

    • #streetparking strength training at least 4x/week

  2. create better eating habits for life

    • buying products with no added sugar: mayonnaise, peanut butter, crackers, bacon

    • making no sugar spaghetti sauce (made with carrots instead)

    • no high fructose corn syrup in the house

    • intermittent fasting 16:8

    • minimize processed and fried foods (only occasional)

  3. exercise at least 4-5x/week

  4. focus on muscle building/toning and less on the scale
