daily drinks: black coffee, water, sparkling water, plain tea
pulled pork, potatoes, eggs and veggies
sauteed fajita veggies (onions, bell peppers, tomatoes) with pinto beans and ground turkey
shrimp and veggies (tomatoes, asparagus, onion, spinach) over whole wheat angelhair pasta
Jan 2:
egg scramble (with tomatoes, bell peppers, mushrooms) with ground turkey, oatmeal with cinnamon (little milk, no sugar)
protein style burger with grilled onions and tomatoes, airfries
pulled pork with tomatoes and spinach, slice of cheese, bowl of berries (strawberries, blueberries, blackberries)
4 small pizza slices
Jan 3:
egg white scramble (with tomatoes, onion, mushrooms, spinach) with ground turkey, plain oatmeal with cinnamon
salad w/ turkey, spinach, tomatoes, cucumber, cheddar cheese slice, oil/vinegar dressing, grapes
turkey meatball and veggie (onions, carrots, serrano chiles, roasted red bell peppers, baby bok choy) soup, 4 crackers
dark chocolate squares
Jan 4:
eggs, pulled chuck roast, avocado, half banana
sees candies as a cheat
2 slices of cheese, homemade chicken soup with carrots/onions, cabbage, celery
steak, sweet potatoes, green beans, 5 crackers
